Aubrey Weatherford, PR & Social Media Specialist

With a degree in Public Relations from Oklahoma State University, Aubrey Weatherford has more than 10 years of experience in communications and association management. Ms. Weatherford has traveled the state with Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group (OMAG) to assist in City Council training and currently works with several cities across the state to provide social media management and external communication. She manages all aspects of communication for OMMS.

Randy Ewing, Management Consultant

Mr. Ewing served as City Manager in Jenks, Oklahoma for more than twenty years, with a combined 40 plus years in municipal government. Mr. Ewing is a 2014 Inductee into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame for City and Town Officials and he received the Oklahoma Municipal League Don Rider Award in 1996.

Steve Garrett, Circuit Rider

Mr. Garrett served as Community and Economic Development Director for the Eastern Oklahoma Development District and as Town Administrator for Mannford, Oklahoma at the start of his career in city management. For the past twenty-one years, he has served in City Management positions in Kansas and Missouri.  Mr. Garret is the Circuit Rider City Manager for the Northeast Region of Oklahoma, including Nowata, Adair, Ottawa, Delaware, Craig, Cherokee, Mayes and Sequoyah counties.
